MCH Christmas Gift Collection / Delivery Team
Volunteer to help receive and sort all gifts being dropped off. Volunteers will be encouraged to dress in festive-theme clothing.

Community Engagement: Chats & Flyers
Volunteer to walk the streets and do letter-box drops around Clayton i.e. Burton Ave, Dunstan St, Yarram Crescent & Prince Charles St, etc…
Volunteers will chat and hand out flyers to local traders and the general public along Clayton Rd, in front of the Community Library and train station.
Initial briefings as a team will be conducted in the church foyer.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear festive-theme clothing or in your Love Loud t-shirts.

Light Up the Church: Nativity Scene & Christmas Tree
Decorate the auditorium and foyer with Christmas Trees and nativity scene. Note: all decorations will be provided by the Church Stage Design team.

Light Up the Church: Foyer Lighting, Window Art & Garden
Decorate the foyer windows with art, lighting and the garden beds. Note: All decorations will be provided by the Church Design team.

Light Up the Church: Building Light Display
Decorate and light the corridor windows and external walls.

Let There Be Light – Night (2nd Dec) Welcome Team
Provide a welcoming joyful festive atmosphere dressed up in festive-theme clothing.
Volunteers to meet and greet people and to hand out goodie bags.

Let There Be Light – Night (2nd Dec) Carolling Team
Sing joyful Christmas carols to provide a welcoming festive atmosphere, led by members from the church worship team.
Carol song books will be provided.
Volunteers to dress in festive-theme clothing.

Preparing and serving Christmas inspired foods throughout the night, including event pack up.
