Pathway to Pentecost
As Pentecost approaches, we are eagerly anticipating a time of spiritual renewal and empowerment. In the weeks leading up to this sacred celebration, we invite you to join us for 3 weekly prayer meetings on Zoom beginning 25 April. Join us as we journey together in uniting our hearts and minds in fervent prayer, seeking God’s guidance, wisdom and presence, and in anticipation of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
Dates: Thursdays 25 April, 2 May and 9 May 2024
Time: 8.25 pm – 9.00 pm
Pentecost Pause will be held at church on Saturday 18 May 2024 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Please join us then for an evening of praise and worship.
Monthly Chapel Service
The Monthly Chapel Service will be held at church on Thursday 2 May.
All are welcome! Come along to praise & worship the Lord, hear the word and have fellowship with one another.

Child Dedications
We believe that child dedication is a powerful moment in every child’s life because they are so precious to God. In the public act of dedication, our church family, together with you, come together to seek God’s blessing upon your child. We pray for your child and declare that the power of the meaning of the name you have chosen for them will be seen in their life. Child dedication is a time of celebration and rejoicing for the whole family, and a spiritual investment for the future.

You Fit: Let’s Talk Parenting Teens

The Women’s Table: More Than Able
Run by our women’s ministry, Embrace, The Women’s Table sounds a bit mysterious but the “table” is a panel that will be made up of women from our church community, each representing diverse life stages. Together, they offer insights and reflections on life’s peaks and valleys. Join the conversation as our panel openly and honestly shares their experiences, discussing the hurdles and victories of everyday life, with a God who is more than able.
Date: Saturday 1 June
Time: 2.00 pm
Location: Clayton Church
Registration will open on 5 May.
Heart Retreat 2024
We invite you to embark on a transformative journey with our upcoming “Heart Retreat” in April and June this year. This unique retreat focuses on the core of who you are at a heart level. Underneath all our roles and labels, there’s a part of us that wants to be more like Jesus. This retreat is a chance to focus on growing that part of yourself.
Date: 21 – 22 June 2024 (this retreat is identical to the one we had in April)
Time: 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm Friday AND 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Saturday
The retreats are free of charge. Kids program will be available.
Help Needed
Encounter English Learning is seeking at least two helpers/tutors for classes on Mondays and/or Fridays from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm. Helpers/tutors who know Mandarin are preferred, but not essential. Training would be provided.

Baptisms in the English 10AM service are planned for first Sunday of each school holiday. The planned dates for 2024 are:
- 31 March / Easter Sunday
- 23 June
- 22 September
- 15 December
