Cafe Care: Live Worship
Cafe Care, run by Bill Pontikis, is hosting a Live Worship Night on Saturday 6 June! Come along for a meaningful evening of worship and hear inspiring testimonies of how God has been transforming lives and touching hearts. Free entry, with food and drinks provided.

Embrace Women’s Ministry: The Women’s Table (Your Season, Your Story, His Purpose)
Mark your calendars for our upcoming Embrace women’s event, The Women’s Table: Your Season, Your Story, His Purpose!
Join Life Coaches Mabel and Emma from Whole Life Coaching for an interactive and encouraging workshop designed to help women pause, reflect, and gain a fresh perspective on the season of life they are currently navigating. Through guided activities, meaningful conversations, and shared wisdom across generations, participants will explore what God may be inviting them into during this season and discover a simple framework for identifying purpose and taking their next steps with confidence. Mabel and Emma are passionate about helping women find freedom, clarity, and joy as they navigate life’s real and often messy journey, caring for the whole person: body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Faith is a central part of both Emma and Mabel, and it shapes the way they see growth, purpose and the unfolding seasons of life.
Registrations are now open! If you would like to help make this event accessible to others, there is also an opportunity to sponsor a ticket and bless a woman who would love to attend but may not be in a position to do so financially.

Healing Through Creativity Life Group
Healing Through Creativity is a new Life Group that invites you into a gentle and hope-filled space where God meets us through creative expression. Creativity does not mean being artistic; it is part of how we are made in the image of our Creator and is present in everyday areas of life, such as problem-solving, gardening, cooking, and more. This group is especially for anyone carrying unexpressed emotions, feeling stuck in decision-making, or longing for a deeper Spirit-to-Spirit connection with God. In a safe and encouraging environment, come experience God’s healing heart, renewed joy, and greater freedom through creativity, while enjoying meaningful fellowship as the family of God.

Drum Workshop
Have you ever wanted to learn the drums, or are you looking to take your drumming to the next level? Join us for a Drum Workshop with Dylan Redman, founder of Red Cymbals. Dylan will be bringing along some of his drum kits and sharing his knowledge with drummers of all skill levels, from complete beginners through to experienced players. Never touched a drum kit before? No problem! This workshop is a great opportunity to give it a try in a fun and supportive environment. If you already play drums, come along to sharpen your skills, connect with other musicians, and explore how you can use your gifts in worship.
We’re also looking to grow our worship team, so if you’ve ever considered serving as a drummer, this is a great place to start.
The workshop will be held on Saturday 4 July. The time is still to be confirmed as we gauge interest, so let us know if you’d like to attend!

Kids Church: Seasons for Growth Course
We are offering a special Kids Church opportunity this term called Seasons for Growth. This eight-week course will run during the Kids Church program on Sundays, beginning 5 July and continuing through to 23 August. It is open to a limited number of students in Years 5 and 6. Seasons for Growth is an educational program that helps children explore the emotions and responses that come with change, loss and grief. The course provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can share their experiences, understand their feelings, develop problem-solving and decision-making skills, build friendships, and recognise that they are not alone.
The cost is $20 per child to cover the course materials, and the program will be led by our trained facilitator. Places are limited to eight participants, so if your child would like to take part, please register them as soon as possible.

Interested In Becoming A Ji En Youth Leader?
Our Ji En youth group consists of around 12 young people, from grade 5 to year 10 and meets from 2 pm to 3:30 pm on Sunday afternoons and is led by a team of dedicated and committed leaders.
We are looking for more youth leaders who are interested in investing in the lives of young people and journeying together with them in growing their faith.

English Learning
Equipping you with the confidence to speak English, build friendships and feel at home
For over a decade, Encounter English Learning has empowered newcomers to Australia by helping them develop essential English skills, build connections, and settle into their new community. Our dedicated volunteer team provides a supportive space to learn the fundamentals of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. Classes also explore Australian culture, customs, practical life skills, and include some Christian teaching.
Playgroup
A place of belonging, support, and encouragement for parents with toddlers
For over 40 years, our Playgroup has been a haven for parents with children aged 0–4. Our dedicated volunteer team provides a warm, safe, and structured environment where children learn through play, enhancing their social, motor, and cognitive skills. Parents, especially first-timers, find support for the challenges of parenthood while building connections with other families and accessing community resources.
Playgroup runs during school term on Thursdays, from 9.30 am to 11.30 am at Clayton Church.
Playgroup will resume on 29 January 2026.
Serving with Team Clayton is more than filling a role — it’s a way to live out the gifts God has given you. Through a warm welcome, a shared meal, or a simple cup of coffee, we reflect the love of Jesus in practical and meaningful ways.
