Embrace Ministry: The Women’s Table: Health & Hormones
Ladies, please join us for a special Embrace Women’s Ministry gathering (women 18+ only) as we explore some of the unique health needs and challenges women face. Hear from passionate female doctors and health professionals as they share practical insights on various aspects of women’s health, including physical and mental well-being, as well as the importance of preventative care. Gentle movement sessions will be included throughout the event, offering a thoughtful pause between sessions.
Hosted by Eugenia Fah, this event will feature an incredible line-up of medical professionals, including Dr Val Cole (GP), Dr Anne Wong (GP), Dr Maxine Cheung (Psychiatrist) and Rachael Schroder (Physiotherapist). Empower Men’s Ministry Cook Up
On Saturday 28 June, we’re kicking off the year for Empower Men’s Ministry with a relaxed Cook Up at Ps Phanin’s place in Wheelers Hill. Come gather around a fire, enjoy a delicious BBQ, and pitch into our discussion on “What is a Man?”

Mission Trips 2026: Expression of Interest
In 2026, we’re planning two mission trips—one to India and another to Thailand. During these trips, we’ll be partnering with local ministries to share the gospel in churches, villages, and among young people and children.
The India trip is tentatively scheduled for January to February, with the Thailand trip planned for mid-2026.

Campus & Young Adult Retreat 2025
Get ready for the event of the year (if you are between 18-32 years old)! Campus and the Young Adults are having their retreat, and this time we are headed to the coast. Come and enjoy Angelsea for a long weekend of making memories, building friendships, and growing faith. We are delighted to announce our guest speaker, Shady Gendy. Equip School
Walking with Jesus Through the Gospels Course with Frank Rühl
You’re invited to join Equip School’s newest course, Walking with Jesus Through the Gospels, running on Tuesday evenings from 25 June to 29 July via Zoom.
Led by Frank Rühl, this course offers a chance to walk closely with Jesus through the Gospel accounts and explore how He fulfils prophecy, reveals His divine nature, models ministry and discipleship, and shows the Trinity at work. You’ll also reflect on Jesus’ vision for the church and the hope of His promised return.
This is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of who Jesus is and how we’re invited to follow Him today. We’d love for you to be part of it. Spots are very limited; sign up now!

English Encounter Learning
Equipping you with the confidence to speak English, build friendships and feel at home
For over a decade, Encounter English Learning has empowered newcomers to Australia by helping them develop essential English skills, build connections, and settle into their new community. Our dedicated volunteer team provides a supportive space to learn the fundamentals of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. Classes also explore Australian culture, customs, practical life skills, and include some Christian teaching.
Term 1 will begin on 10 February 2025.
Playgroup
A place of belonging, support, and encouragement for parents with toddlers
For over 40 years, our Playgroup has been a haven for parents with children aged 0–4. Our dedicated volunteer team provides a warm, safe, and structured environment where children learn through play, enhancing their social, motor, and cognitive skills. Parents, especially first-timers, find support for the challenges of parenthood while building connections with other families and accessing community resources.
Playgroup runs during school term on Thursdays, from 9.30 am to 11.30 am at Clayton Church. Playgroup for 2025 will resume on 6 February 2025.
As you prepare for the year ahead, seek the Lord and ask Him for how He wants you to be a part of ‘More Than Able’ and join Team Clayton as a volunteer.
