Noddy Sharma, national director of Operation Mobilisation Australia, shared that there is power when God asks us to do something and obey. The invitation to do what He says is the path to fruitfulness even though it doesn’t make sense.
We need to start seeing our work as a harvest field and be committed to being sent out was a worker, in order to reach the world at work.
Different people have different expressions on how to be missional/evangelize at work. However, it always starts with a missional mindset. Come and be encouraged by a few of us on how they have been missional at work.
An important part of our “calling” at work is to consider our role as reconcilers. As followers of Christ we agents of reconciliation to all spheres of life including at work.
